CityPASS offers net rates and convenient purchasing options to qualifying travel trade members. Net rates are currently not available for the Toronto CityPASS program or for the C3, C4 or C5 programs: Denver C3, C4 C5; New York C3; Philadelphia C3, C4, C5; and San Francisco C3. The Southern California CityPASS program is contracted through Disneyland Resorts; please contact your Disney representative for information. (This list is subject to change.)

I'm a travel trade member. Who do I contact at CityPASS for a contract to sell the CityPASS programs?
CityPASS is available to qualifying travel trade. For more information on our third party sales options, please contact the travel trade team at email@example.com.
Can I get complimentary CityPASS tickets?
Complimentary tickets are allotted to contracted and actively selling travel trade partners who meet certain annual sales criteria. To confirm if your company qualifies for complimentary tickets, please contact the travel trade team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Where can I get next year's travel trade contract and pricing?
The CityPASS program year runs March 1—February 28. Therefore, new program year pricing and contracting are typically available in January. Please contact the travel trade team at email@example.com.
What's my login information?
I am logged in. Why do I see retail rates instead of our net rates?
Your net rates will be displayed once you add CityPASS products to your shopping cart. Note: Net rates are currently not available for the Toronto CityPASS program or any C3, C4 or C5 program in Denver, New York, Philadelphia or San Francisco.
What is your group pricing?
CityPASS programs and pricing are created for individual travelers; CityPASS does not offer group discounts. If you're organizing a group visit, we recommend that you contact the respective attractions for group pricing and information. Visit citypass.com/groups for more information.
Are there any blackout dates within which CityPASS products cannot be used?
No. There are no blackout dates with CityPASS products. Use your CityPASS product within regular attraction operating hours. Some attractions may close all or a portion of their attraction for private events or due to weather conditions. Contact the attractions directly to verify hours and availability during your travel dates. CityPASS products don't expire for at least one year from the date of purchase. Note: Once activated (first used), CityPASS products are valid for 9 days, including the first day of use (14 days in Southern California).
What is your return policy?
Contracted Online Ordering Partners
If CityPASS products are purchased on the Partner Website but not used, you may request a refund within 30 days from date of purchase at citypass.com/returns. We will review the refund request and will determine at our sole discretion if such request will be approved based on, among other things, whether OPERATOR is not in default in its obligations under our Agreement. Activated, redeemed or expired CityPASS products are not refundable.

The 9-day validity period begins the date of first use and includes the first day.
Why does my net rate not apply to some CityPASS products?

How many people can be placed on one online order?
We recommend placing no more than 6 people on one order.
What are the product delivery options when purchasing online?
When you purchase CityPASS tickets from citypass.com, you have two delivery options:
Choose the shipping option and we will ship your CityPASS booklet to U.S., U.K., France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Canada, Australia or New Zealand.
Choose the email delivery option to have your CityPASS product delivered to you via email, which may then be forwarded to your client. For some cities, this will be a voucher that the traveler will present at the first attraction they visit to exchange for a booklet. For other cities, this will be mobile tickets, which travelers can show on their phone for entry at each attraction (mobile tickets can also be printed if a paper copy is preferred).
Vouchers for some cities must be printed, while others may be shown on a phone. The instructions included with your voucher will include details on this.
What's an option ticket?
Most CityPASS programs include option tickets that offer you the choice to visit one of two different attractions. For example, New York CityPASS includes an option ticket that allows you to choose between Top of the Rock or the Guggenheim Museum. No need to decide when purchasing; choose when you get there. If you want to visit both attractions on an option ticket, CityPASS tickets often include a coupon for special savings on admission to the other attraction.
When do CityPASS products expire?
Voucher: Exchange vouchers for your CityPASS booklet within 6 months of purchase.
Mobile tickets: One year from the date of purchase.
Booklet: If you have a previously-purchased CityPASS booklet, card or e-ticket, look at the inside booklet cover, the back of the card, or on the e-ticket to find the expiration date. CityPASS booklets don't expire for at least a year from date of purchase.
CityPASS booklets and mobile tickets are valid for 9 consecutive days including the first day of use (14 days for Southern California cards and e-tickets).
